This is a 3 axis CNC controlled pipe and profile bending machine developed for the precise bending of pipes and profiles up to 32 mm in diameter. Its compact structure, high precision, and advanced software support make it suitable for use in various sectors, from automotive to furniture production, industrial and construction applications.
The machine offers ease of use with a 21'' touch PC panel and a Windows-based control system. It operates with 2 axis servo control (Y,B) and a hydraulic controlled bending axis (C). The 3D pipe simulation and collision prevention feature minimize errors during the production process. Additionally, the options for bending with and without flanges increase production flexibility.
It adapts to modern production processes with the ability to resume from where it left off during power outages or emergencies, reporting features, and remote update capability.
