35 m3/H Capacity Daf Unit

Tidap TDAF300 DAF Unit is a flotation system that allows the removal of oils and floating substances in wastewater by floating them to the surface with the help of air. This system operates as a physical treatment process based on the principle of bringing solids to the surface from a solid-liquid mixture. It provides very effective results, especially in wastewater with high oil content, such as from dairy and slaughterhouses.

In DAF units, wastewater is saturated with oxygen under a certain pressure, and when the pressure is released, the oxygen suddenly turns into gas, creating bubbles. These bubbles cause oils and light particles to rise to the surface, where they are skimmed off and removed. Tidap DAF Units can also be supported by chemical treatment depending on the characteristics of the wastewater.
