Use of IGBT Technology: Our welding machine uses the latest technology IGBT transistors that ensure minimal electromagnetic interference in primary circuits and low power losses. This enhances the efficiency and reliability of the power source.

Voltage Stabilization: With voltage stabilization, it is possible to work comfortably with long extension cables and generator power. This eliminates voltage fluctuations that affect the regulation and operational stability of the welding machine. This function contributes to the machine's longer life and increased operational safety.

IP33 Protection: The welding machine casing prevents particles larger than 2.5 mm from entering the unit. Additionally, it provides protection against rain when water flows vertically or at a 60° angle to the vertical line, without affecting the unit's operation.

Voltage Reduction System (VRD): This system is designed to shut down the power source a few milliseconds after the welding is completed. It is also responsible for lowering the voltage on the covered electrode to a safe level.

Hot Start: Our welding machine provides effective arc ignition even with electrodes having low ignition potential. This increases material penetration during ignition, minimizing the risk of material damage. Additionally, it actively prevents the formation of slag residues during the welding process.

ANTI-STICK: If the electrode sticks to the welding material, the device automatically reduces the welding current within 0.6 – 0.8 seconds. This facilitates the separation of the electrode from the material without the risk of accidental arc strikes, increasing operator safety and functionality.

Precise Amperage Control: Precise control of the amperage during welding is the key to achieving optimum welding quality with minimal errors and high-quality welding results. Our welding machine provides precise current control to ensure a more reliable and consistent welding process.
