Catta27 PLC7 ; is a continuous ice cream maker equipped with lobe pumps for industrial ice cream production with a freon cooling unit.
It has 2 lobe pumps, one for transferring the ice cream mix into the maker and the other for transferring the ice cream.
The ice cream mix inside the chamber reaches the best ice cream consistency by homogenizing with the refrigerant gas.
PLC models are equipped with an integrated microprocessor and a touch screen panel PLC that can control all parameters of production.
