JOKER, a 4-axis CNC machining center and wood lathe, offers high precision and efficiency for modern furniture manufacturers. This machine is designed to perform multiple operations such as shaping, turning, sanding, and 4-axis detail machining with a single unit. It is highly suitable for the production of products like chairs, tables, sofas, cabinets, and furniture legs. In addition to turning operations, it easily performs engraving, motif processing, drilling mounting holes, dovetail channel cutting, and pattern engraving. JOKER is equipped with 6 different machining units: shaping, turning, detail milling, sanding, detail sanding, and turning with a saw. These machining units are optional and can be customized, with 5 different configuration options available.

The JOKER CNC machining center is supported by powerful software that ensures efficient control of each section. Its user-friendly interface allows for fast and flexible machine operation. The Machine Simulation Option allows you to simulate your design before processing, ensuring greater accuracy. Additionally, the PLUS version, which enables 5-axis 3D design and engraving, is available as an option. The automatic loading unit, with its elevator system, increases production speed and saves time. It prepares the next workpiece for loading while the current operation is still ongoing, ensuring fast and high-quality production. The fixed tool magazine with a 5-tool capacity ensures that cutting tools are readily available for operations.
