Kronorm ST 340 General Features

• The tunnel chassis and other mechanical parts are made of AISI304 quality stainless steel material.

• Aluminum materials are coated with natural anodizing.

• Condensed water is discharged via a condensate trap.

• The 4-axis adjustable nozzle system allows steam adjustment at different heights and angles.

• Steam pressures can be precisely adjusted with a needle valve.

• 8 glass covers with gaskets provide leak-proof shrink monitoring.

• Operates at 0.5 Bar / 110-140 C⁰ according to packaging size.

• Safety valve against sudden pressure rise.

• The steam vacuum chambers at the inlets and outlets prevent the steam from spreading to the production area.

• Multiple steam chambers allow independent adjustment of steam quantity and temperature.

• Heating power is 6 kW, steam extractor power is 0.75 KW.

• Collector temperature can be adjusted with a PID system.

• The steam drying system reduces the water content in the steam by 3-4%, resulting in drier products.
