Dumper Dimensions And Volume

The length will be at least 3600 mm, width at least 1900 mm, cover heights at least 600 mm, and the box volume will be at least 4 m3. There will be at least 20 cm removable additions on the side covers of the dumper.

Materials And Thicknesses

Dumper Subframe: The subframe will be made of St 52 sheet with a thickness of at least 5 mm and will be connected to the vehicle chassis with safety nut bolts through a sufficient number of welded connection ears.
The dumper subframe will be reinforced with cross members and profiles welded to the back of the chassis at the designated locations. The rear pivot center will be manufactured to be suitable for lubrication with sufficient width and to provide strength during lifting.
Base Cross Members: It will be made of St 52 sheet U-bending material with a thickness of at least 3 mm.
Dumper Upper Frame: It will be made of St 52 sheet, with ears of appropriate thickness and a steel shaft of appropriate diameter will be hinged to the dumper subframe. Ears will be made from sheet material in suitable dimensions to align the dumper with the subframe.
Base Sheet: It will be made of St 52 sheet material with a thickness of at least 4 mm and will be welded to the base frame.
Side Covers: They will be manufactured as openable type with bottom hinges, shaped from at least 3 mm thick ST 52 quality sheet.
Rear Cover: It will be manufactured from at least 3 mm thick St 52 quality sheet, openable from the bottom and right side, and will have an automatic locking mechanism from the bottom.
Front Cover: It will be fixed, shaped from at least 3 mm thick St 52 quality sheet, and manufactured with a suitable number and size of U-bending vertical reinforcements.
Hinges: They will be manufactured from at least 3 mm thick St 52 sheet, shaped in a press.
Splash Guard Sheet: It will be supported with U-bending reinforcements made of at least 3 mm thick St 52 quality sheet.

Dumper Lifting System:

The dumper will be lifted telescopically from the front at least 350, and there will be a safety system to prevent exceeding the maximum lifting condition. When the box is left in the raised position, it will not fall down under its own weight.
During the lifting and lowering operations of the dumper, the box can be stopped and held at any angle.
Lubrication will be done from the grease fittings on the telescopic cylinder.
Hydraulic power will be provided by a gear type hydraulic pump coupled with PTO. The PTO and hydraulic pump will be suitable for the dumper capacity and vehicle transmission.
In the dumper system, there will be a "safety lock mechanism" that locks the dumper to the vehicle chassis. The opening of the safety lock will depend on the PTO being open, and its closing will depend on the dumper being closed.
There will be an oil tank with a capacity of at least 40 liters for the hydraulic system. The oil tank will have a filling and ventilation cap, thermometer, level indicator, cleanable filter on the suction and return line, and a drain valve with a plug at the bottom.
All hydraulic and pneumatic equipment (telescopic cylinder, hydraulic pump, control valves, hydraulic hoses, hydraulic oil, and connection elements) will be of a quality that meets the standards, suitable for the dumper capacity and working conditions.

Safety

In vehicles; there will be a system that limits the vehicle's speed to no more than 10 km/h when the dumper is not fully lowered, and a system that prevents the dumper from opening while the vehicle is traveling above 10 km/h.
When the PTO is activated, there will be an audible and visual warning system in the vehicles. The audible warning will continue from the moment the box starts to rise until it is lowered.
There will be a foldable balance leg between the dumper's lower and upper frame arms, and there will be 2 safety support arms to allow maintenance of the dumper and chassis safely and comfortably while the dumper is in the air. The safety support arms will remain fixed when opened.
There will be warning labels, reflectors, etc., in accordance with the relevant regulations on the sides and back of the dumper.

Accessory

There will be a tool box mounted in a suitable and easily accessible place on the subframe and a metal mudguard and dust cover for the rear wheels.
There will be a sufficient number of tarpaulin hooks on the rear and side covers, and a fixed ladder will be made on the front right side of the box.
