This is a machine that produces fantasy yarn. It can be used to knit and cut textured or raw polyester type yarns, making them suitable for various fantasy knitted fabrics. Thanks to its moving rotating heads, it has different heads for twisting, knitting, and cutting. It has a system that moves the heads with single motor disks. There is a switch that stops the machine when the yarn breaks.
The part of the machine where the yarn is placed is called the cağarlık.
There are 3 yarn-holding rods in each eye of the machine. These rods ensure that the bobbins with yarn stay on the machine. The fantasy yarns with three yarn-holding places can create different effects consisting of one yarn, two yarns, or three yarns. It has the option to work with one yarn or three yarns as needed.

The cağarlık system is located exactly in the middle and upper part of the machine. After placing the yarn in the cağarlık, we bring it to the tensions located on the cağarlık. Since there are three yarn-holding places on the cağarlık, there is one tension for each yarn.
These tensions work in front of each bobbin and the rods that are placed in the cağarlık. If only one yarn is to be used, only one tension is used.

The tensions consist of 5 parts. There are discs that hold the yarn in between, a spring that adjusts the tension, a screw that compresses the spring, porcelain between the discs, and a table that holds all of these. These tensions are used to bring the yarn placed on the machine to the desired tension. If we do not adjust the necessary yarn tension from the tension, the yarn will not work as desired, creating tightness or looseness between the needle and the shuttle, causing the yarn to break or the needle to snap. To find the desired tension, it is sufficient to tighten the adjustment screw on it. (to the right and left)
After the yarn enters and exits the tension, there are porcelain beads on the cağarlık that ensure the direction of each of the 3 yarns for each tension between the tension and the shuttle. The heads that shape the yarn are located directly above. They ensure that the yarn does not twist and change direction while rotating.
After our yarn passes through the guide, it reaches the shuttle located on the head. The yarn coming out of the shuttle reaches the tips of the needles. The number of needles can increase from one to twelve. The head system that contains the needles is composed of 6 main parts, provided that we determine the fantasy yarn we want to make in advance.
