There are 3 yarn holding rods in each needle of the machine. These rods ensure that the bobbins with yarn stay on the machine. The fancy yarns with 3 yarn holding places can create different effects consisting of single, double, or triple yarns. There are options to work with single or triple yarns as needed.

The yarn holder system is located exactly in the middle and upper part of the machine. After placing the yarn in the holder, we bring it to the tensions located on the holder. Since there are three yarn holding places on the holder, there is a tension for each yarn.
These tensions work in front of each bobbin and the rods. If only a single yarn is to be used, only the single tension is used.

The tensions consist of 5 parts. There are discs that hold the yarn in between, a spring that adjusts the tension, a screw that compresses the spring, porcelain between the discs, and a table that holds all of these. These tensions are used to bring the yarn placed on the machine to the desired tension. If the necessary yarn tension is not achieved from the tension, the yarn will not work as desired, causing tightness or looseness between the needle and the shuttle, leading to yarn breakage or needle breakage. To find the desired tension, it is sufficient to tighten the adjustment screw on it. (to the right and left)
After the yarn enters and exits the tension, there are porcelain beads on the holder that ensure the direction of each of the 3 yarns between the tension and the shuttle. The heads that shape the yarn are located directly above. They ensure that the yarn does not twist or change direction while rotating.
After passing through the guide, our yarn comes to the shuttle located on the head. The yarn coming out of the shuttle reaches the tips of the needles. The number of needles can increase from one to twelve. The head system that contains the needles is composed of 6 main parts, provided that the desired fancy yarn is predetermined.

5- 3 bearings (6C bearings)
