DM Pack Ares is an ideal sleeve wrapper machine, especially for packaging products like bottles, cans, canned meat products, pasta, rice, salt, and other similar items in bulk, as well as single packaging of larger products such as furniture, medium and large radiators, and staircases. Equipped with polyethylene shrink technology, this machine performs product grouping operations quickly and efficiently. With both semi-automatic and fully automatic options, it can be easily integrated into your existing production line, significantly improving your production processes.

The machine can operate in either a flat or 90° rotation mode, and can be customized based on user requirements and production line configuration. This flexibility allows it to accommodate different product sizes and production speeds. Additionally, optional features allow for packaging that leaves one side open or seals all four sides (with a double sealing system), providing a wider range of application possibilities.

With a production speed of 40 packs per minute, the DM Pack Ares offers effective speed and comes with a range of jaw widths to accommodate different product sizes. Available jaw widths include 750mm, 950mm, 1250mm, 1550mm, 2050mm, 2550mm, and 3050mm. The machine also works with films of varying widths, including 700mm, 900mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, 2000mm, 2500mm, and 3000mm, making it even more versatile. It is compatible with both single-layer PE films and all types of printed or unprinted films, offering compatibility with a wide range of packaging materials.

Depending on product size and line speed, the machine can operate with either stop-start or rotating jaws, providing a significant advantage for adapting to different production conditions. Additionally, with motorized sealing bars and motorized pushers/guides, production speed and efficiency can be further enhanced.

The machine can handle products up to 400mm high, and is capable of packaging products with heights up to 700mm and widths ranging from 600mm to 2500mm. The versatile nature of the DM Pack Ares is supported by customizable feeding, separation, grouping, stacking, rotating, and cardboard pad feeding units, making it adaptable to a variety of application scenarios.
