The machine begins by applying one layer of cream between two wafer sheets, and then up to five layers of cream between a maximum of six sheets, resulting in 11-layered wafer blocks.

Machine Operation
Cream is deposited onto a rotating drum, and with the help of scraper blades, it is spread over the wafer sheet moving on the conveyor belt. Excess cream remaining on the belt is collected into a stainless steel cream recirculation trolley and pumped back into the cream reservoir. The layered blocks are then evenly pressed and spread with cream between the wafers by adjustable cylinders. Additionally, a hazelnut sprinkling group can be added, and a second application head can be used to apply cream of different colors or flavors.

• Wafer Sheets from Cooling: Liquid or aerated cream is applied to the wafer sheets coming from the cooling line, forming blocks.

• Cream Layers: One layer of cream is applied between two sheets to start the block formation. A maximum of five layers of cream can be applied between six sheets, resulting in a total of 11 layers in the block. The block formation is done using a pneumatic system.

• Cream Application: Cream can be applied in single or double colors.

• Excess Cream Recycling: Excess cream remaining on the conveyor belt is collected into a stainless steel recirculation trolley and pumped back into the cream tank for reuse.

• Layer Pressing: The layered blocks are pressed using adjustable cylinders to evenly spread the cream between the wafers.

• Optional Nut Sprinkling Group: A hazelnut sprinkling group can be added to the machine.

• Optional Second Cream Head: A second head can be added for applying cream of different colors or flavors.

• Weight Control Unit: After the layer system, the machine optionally includes a block weighing unit for precise weight control.
