400 x 200 mm Hot Plate Welding Machine

It is widely used in the world for joining different plastic derivative materials for high strength and cosmetic appearance. When welding with a hot plate, both pieces to be joined are fixed in their positions with the surfaces to be welded facing each other. They are brought close to (or touched to) the heater.

After the melting process of the surfaces, the pieces are quickly removed from the heaters and the heaters are moved away from the area. Then, to ensure the boiling of the melted surfaces, they are held under a certain pressure force and waited. Joining occurs in the pieces that are kept under force for a certain period. The resulting joint is especially perfect for materials of the same composition. Machine movements can be selected to be pneumatic or servo motor driven.
