The operator offers excellent welding solutions by connecting different welding machines such as TIG, MIG, SAW, etc. 

It has been developed to perform circular and longitudinal welding independently or in combination with a turning or positioning system using an automatic welding head properly placed on the workpiece to create the necessary welding conditions. 

Column Boom Systems, with its fully automated structure, allows for increased quality, reduced production time and margin of error, precision, and the ability to continuously weld for much longer than a human can reach.

Standard Features: The rotary table mounted to allow the column to rotate 360 degrees has a manual locking feature.

All horizontal and vertical rails have been precisely processed to ensure vibration-free and smooth movement on a single axis.

An inverter driver has been installed to provide variable speeds for the boom's horizontal movement and the movement of the column boom system on the rail.

A motor-reducer group with automatic locking has been used for the vertical movement of the boom, and additionally, a mechanical safety system has been installed.

A counterbalance system placed inside the column has been installed for precise advancement in the vertical movement of the boom, and this system has been achieved using chains and gears with high durability.

Limit switches have been used to terminate all functions, and standard safety precautions have been taken.

All cabling has been provided with cable channels. The power unit of the welding machine has been placed in the most suitable location on the column-boom trolley, and it can be changed optionally. All these technologies have been designed to ensure optimum efficiency in production.
