1) Controlled by Servo Motor.

Can accommodate 24 units. 

2) Consists of lower electrode, upper electrode, and 6 units of 120 KVA transformers.

The length bars coming from the drive unit and the cross bars coming from the cross bar ejection unit are held together by a magnet, and the welding pistons compress the bar

and welding is done with the energy coming from the transformer.

3) The magnetic bar from the cross bar storage takes a certain amount of cross bar and leaves it in the servo motor compartment.

The servo motor takes the bars one by one and gives them to the ejection unit.

The ejection process is done with pistons.

It throws the cross bar towards the magnet.
