The facility has two different working types: bale option and silage option. After the green date branches are shredded, they are sent to the Mixer machine via conveyors and augers, where corn stalks and date branches are mixed. When the process is complete, the lid opens, and the mixed final product is sent to the Monster Silage Packaging Machine, and the silage process begins. When the silage reaches the desired size and weight, the press lid opens, and the silage wrapping process is completed, starting the cycle again.

In the TSY Series tree branch grinder, when dry date branches are shredded, the bale option is selected. The shredded dry date branches are sent to the YBS Straw Bale Press via conveyors and augers. The operator attaches a cloth or bag to the bale exit chute. The press pushes the compressed dry date branches out through this chute, allowing them to fill the bag.
