This is an advanced milling machine that offers high precision and ease of use in processing wooden profiles. Thanks to the new generation Memory Plus System, adjustments can be made much faster and more practically. This system, controlled via a touch screen, allows operators to reach their desired settings in a short time. Moreover, it is also possible to remotely control the settings and update the memory without going to the machine from a mobile device or office computer.

The working height of the machine can be adjusted between 10 and 160 mm, while the working width offers flexibility in the range of 20 to 260 mm. Additionally, with the Hydro Lock System, a working height of up to 200 mm can be achieved. It adapts to different processing speeds with spindle speeds varying at 6,000, 8,000, and 12,000 rpm.

Özen Pro 623 is equipped with an operator-friendly milling unit adjustment system and CNC-controlled motorized numbering devices. The HydroLock knife holder guarantees high durability and precision. The chrome-plated table surface and frequency-controlled inverter allow the feed speed to be adjusted between 5 and 35 m/min.

The horizontal spindle power ranges from 7.5 to 37 kW, while the vertical spindle power varies between 7.5 and 15 kW. Additionally, thanks to the high sound insulation cabinet, your working environment becomes more comfortable.
