Kamesh Welding KWROT05 Rotator Turner (Tank Turner)
It is used in all factories and workshops with welded manufacturing.
It is used for turning and welding workpieces such as boilers, tanks, pipes, barrels, wind energy turbine poles, etc., with diameters ranging from 500-6000 mm and even larger diameters in some special cases.
It is manufactured with steel and polyurethane wheels. Our steel-wheeled turners are more resistant to high temperatures.
Our turners are made in a total of 3 types: conventional, self-adjusting, and hydraulic lifting.
It can work synchronously with column boom systems or independently.
It starts from a turning capacity of 1 ton and goes up to 250 tons.
Our turners are extremely easy to use and control via a wired remote control.
These systems can be preferred as fixed or mobile.
It offers the possibility to be used in applications such as submerged arc, gas shielded, and TIG welding.
Our wheel diameters vary according to tonnage.
