Easy to Clean Flanged Ferrule System
 

Thanks to the easy-to-clean flanged ferrule system at the connection points of RYD-Y, surfaces that come into contact with the product can be disassembled and cleaned within a few minutes without any tools or technical equipment. This way, you will never have hygiene issues in your productions.

Anti-Bacterial Seals and O-Rings.

All parts such as seals, o-rings, and gaskets located at points that come into contact with the product in RYD-Y are made of antibacterial silicone material, thus providing maximum hygiene conditions at contact points, allowing you to produce in compliance with GMP standards.

Precise Dosing Mechanism

Thanks to the precise dosing lever on RYD-Y, which has a 0.5 mm error margin, it allows you to work with minimum deviation rate across multiple filling ranges with a single machine. As long as you do not change the dosing setting, it will always work at the same measurement.

Emergency Stop Button

Thanks to the emergency stop button on RYD-Y, regardless of the machine's position, it retracts the piston, bringing the machine to a safe position. RYD-Y is a machine compliant with the occupational safety law numbered 6331. It does not require additional modifications to comply with the law.

3-Way Actuator System

Thanks to the pneumatic actuator system on RYD-Y, which adjusts the suction direction while drawing from its reinforced high-volume hopper, it never causes a back pressure problem in the suction piston.
Automatic and Manual Mode

RYD-Y can operate in two different modes according to your production speed and shape. With the pedal switch provided free of charge with the machine, you can operate it in manual mode or automatic mode with a timer. Especially in your mass productions, it works automatically without the need to press the pedal.

Drip Preventing Nozzle

Thanks to the drip preventing nozzle system of RDY-S, it does not drip after filling, thus the bottles you fill never get dirty, and there are no weight losses due to dripping.

Honed Product Suction Piston

Thanks to the honed product suction piston, which is not found in its counterparts, it allows for very precise dosing even at high weights, minimizing filling losses. Thanks to the smooth piston surface, the piston seals have a long working life. Unlike its counterparts, it does not wear out the piston seal in a short time...
 

Internal Regulator and Slide Valve

Thanks to the internal regulator found in RDY-S, it is protected against factors such as water and rust that may occur in the air system and could damage the machine's pneumatic system. With the slide valve located at the air inlet of the machine, you can cut off the air from the system when you finish your work with the machine without needing a separate valve.

Machine Body: The machine body and all metal surfaces are made of SUS 304 stainless steel. 

Electrical System: The machine body is protected against all kinds of electrical hazards thanks to the grounding in its chassis. 

Electro-Pneumatic System:   With the RDY-Y electro-pneumatic system, it allows for more precise dosing, minimizing your production losses. 

Optional Features

Depending on your needs, the surfaces that come into contact with the product in RDY-Y can be produced from SUS 316 or different materials.
RDY-Y can also be produced to work with products that need to be filled at high temperatures. 
In cases where your product needs to be mixed, a mixer that works at different speeds and can be adjusted in size and shape can be made on top of the product feeding hopper.  
In situations requiring use in the filling line, it can be produced with sensor-triggered operation. 
Optionally, a counter showing the number of fillings can be added.
For products that need to be kept warm continuously, it can be produced with a heated, double-walled or single-walled hopper.

For example: Honey, molasses, pomegranate syrup, jam, shampoo, tahini, cream, hair lotion, sauce, acuka, garlic sauces, waffle dough, yogurt, butter (at temperature), chocolate, hazelnut cream, hot chocolate, thick paints, grease, car polish, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard sauce, etc. It is suitable for filling all kinds of dense and high viscosity products. We can perform trial filling for your product sample, except for products that stain and cause permanent damage.

Production Information:

RYD -  Y is produced in our own facilities in Turkey. Our company works largely in stock for the standard filling range models of RYD - Y series liquid filling machines. After making a decision, you do not need to waste time with long waiting periods.

Special Productions:
RDY-Y can be produced in different filling ranges suitable for your needs, outside of standard filling ranges. In non-standard productions,
the delivery term is between 5 to 20 days. The filling nozzles can be produced in different sizes according to your needs. In cases where you need to work at 110V or different voltages, the machine can be produced according to your needs.

Packaging: Our machine is packaged in a way that is suitable for easy transportation over long distances.

Transportation:  We can ship your product at very reasonable prices with the cargo we have an agreement with. If you wish, we can ship with your own contracted warehouse or cargo.
 
Warranty:  Our machine is guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturing defects.
