The NSD-500C2 DOUBLE nozzle liquid filling machine can be used for filling a wide range of products such as perfume, lotion, room fragrance, serum, essential oil, as well as low viscosity liquid products like fruit juice, water, turnip juice, shampoo, liquid soap, milk, liquid oil, mineral oil, and syrup. Its electro pneumatic structure allows for precise dosing reducing weight deviations. The honed suction piston enables high-precision filling, while the non-drip nozzle system prevents bottle contamination after filling. The internal air conditioner pneumatic system protects against adverse elements like water and rust, enhancing grounding safety in the chassis. It offers two operating modes: automatic and pedal-controlled manual. By using the immersion method, it can directly extract from barrels, buckets, or tanks, eliminating the need to transfer the product to the machine and saving time. With anti-bacterial silicone seals and gaskets, it ensures hygienic usage and establishes a system compliant with GMP standards.
