Abana Machine OBKM 1600 is a fully automatic vacuum sandblasting system developed for pipe interior surface cleaning and preparation. The cabin dimensions of the machine are 1200 x 900 x 900 mm (height, depth, length), providing sufficient internal volume for easy placement of pipes. The cabin has a durable structure made of single-door, DKP black sheet material and steel construction. The inner walls of the cabin are coated with 5 mm stitched rubber to prevent wear, thus maintaining durability even in long-term use. Additionally, a special design has been implemented for cabin safety, where the sandblasting process automatically stops when the door is opened, ensuring operator safety is prioritized.

The vertical nozzle movement system used for the sandblasting process of the machine operates in a speed-controlled manner. This allows for uniform sandblasting of all sides of the pipes, enabling a homogeneous surface to be achieved. The automatic sandblasting stroke moves up to 650 mm and this distance can be projected according to preference. The sandblasting gun used during the sandblasting process can be used as a handheld gun for cleaning part surfaces and the inside of the cabin. Additionally, there are 2 sandblasting nozzles for pipe interior sandblasting; the first is for sandblasting the pipe interior, and the second is for free use.

The filter system of the pipe interior sandblasting machine is cartridge type with a jet pulse system and is equipped with high-efficiency polyester-based cylindrical cartridges. This filter system effectively separates dust and particles generated during sandblasting. The fan motor operates with a power of 1.5 kW, and the cast body radial fan helps provide clean air by sucking dust from the ventilation channels. This powerful filtration increases consumable efficiency and keeps the working area clean.

The machine's rotary table system has a diameter of 600 mm, allowing pipes to continuously rotate during the sandblasting process, ensuring that all sides are sandblasted evenly. Additional equipment such as a rail car and a bunkered external table further enhances the efficiency of the machine's use. The rotary table and loading-unloading system allow for quick placement and removal of products.

In granule selection, different materials such as aluminum oxide, glass beads, plastic sand, and silica sand can be used. This variety offers a sandblasting experience that can be customized according to different surface processing requirements. The air gun can be used for cleaning both the part surface and the environment inside the cabin, making maintenance tasks easier. The lighting system is provided with LED lights and is housed in unbreakable material, thus preventing consumables from entering the lighting system.

The machine's electrical panel is equipped with a PLC screen and motor protection system. This allows operators to easily manage the machine and quickly detect possible malfunctions. Schneider brand motors and inverter-controlled speed adjustments add longevity and high reliability to the machine.
