500 Kg Standard Welding Positioner
YKS BSRPOZ 500
Welding positioners are available in standard sizes for loads ranging from 250 kg to 30000 kg. The structure of the positioners is designed according to the most suitable configuration for the rotation and tilting of the table.
The positioners consist of body, motor, table rotation and tilting systems, electrical panel, and remote operator control unit, providing the best structural protection. Positioners for heavy workpieces are fixed to the ground. T-slots are available on the table as desired or as standard, allowing for quick clamping of workpieces.
Table rotation and tilting are done using steel straight-tooth gear transmission systems. The table rotation speed is controlled by a 5m cable remote control system that the operator can easily adjust. PLC can be optionally applied to all models.
