The Leaf Ice Machine is a professional solution designed for rapid cooling and preserving product freshness in industrial applications, providing leaf ice of homogeneous thickness. As Varolsan Machine Cooling, we offer different production options according to your business's capacity needs and provide support in installation and service processes.

The machine operates fully automatically. Ice temperature can be produced with options of -2°C / -3°C. The thickness of the leaf ice ranges from 1.8 – 2.2 mm. It has a horizontal type ice evaporator and can be mounted on a cold room. It can be manufactured as split or monoblock according to needs.

Leaf ice is used in many areas such as fishing, concrete plants, baked goods, and bread ovens. Additionally, it can provide integrity with a separate device you want to use as an ice storage; you can increase usage diversity with your own storage or extra storage. In the ice machine, the complete ice cylinder and all areas where water circulates are made of inox stainless metal.
