General Features
The machine can be easily disassembled and cleaned thanks to its flanged ferrule system. The seals and gaskets in contact with the product are made of anti-bacterial silicone material and provide hygienic filling in accordance with GMP conditions. The precise dosing lever offers stable operation at different filling amounts and continues to fill the same amount as long as the setting is not changed. The single nozzle structure provides controlled filling for dense products. The anti-drip nozzle system prevents product loss and contamination after filling. The honed suction piston minimizes waste by providing high precision dosing. The machine can be operated in automatic timer mode or manually with a pedal. It can be connected to tanks or reservoirs with a clamp or can perform direct suction by immersion method. The internal conditioning air system protects the pneumatic system against factors such as water and rust that may occur. The electro-pneumatic system offers precise filling performance. The grounding on the chassis provides safety against electrical risks, and the emergency stop button allows the machine to be safely stopped when necessary. Optionally, sensor-triggered production, filling nozzles in different sizes, and mechanical position indicator counter options can be offered.
