General Features
The system operating with ultrasonic sealing technology provides stable and smooth sealing without requiring heating, reduces the risk of deformation, and keeps the error rate below 1%.
When the start button is pressed after manual tube feeding, the machine automatically detects the MARK sign and sequentially performs filling, sealing, coding, and tail cutting operations.

Thanks to the automatic power compensation system, performance degradation does not occur during long-term use without manual frequency adjustment. Power adjustment can be made according to the tube material and size, thus reducing the failure rate and extending the service life. The PLC and touch screen control system offers a user-friendly working experience for the operator.

The high-precision sensor with a Panasonic step motor accurately follows the MARK sign, ensuring that filling and sealing operations are performed at the correct point on the tube. It operates within a tolerance of ±%1 for both liquid and cream products.

The machine body is made of 304 stainless steel, which is resistant to acid and alkali and corrosion-resistant. The automatic "no tube — no filling" system prevents product waste. It provides a safe and clean production process with overload protection and a drip-preventing filling head.
