BASIC EDGE 50 plate welding edge opening machine is a versatile machine produced for use in large industrial enterprises where efficiency is the main factor, but it can also be easily used in smaller scenarios such as workshops if desired.

BASIC EDGE 50 can use plates ranging from 6 to 60 mm and can reach a maximum of 50 mm diagonally. The machine is designed to meet the needs of small production centers that prefer to work with machines that have high efficiency but lower technological features.

The machine is equipped with a head type that allows opening angles between 10° and 70° and enables the opening angle to be adjusted very easily and quickly.

BASIC EDGE 50 plate welding edge opening machine is equipped with a plate detection sensor as well as a new chip removal system. Additionally, the machine has a damping system that allows overcoming possible defects on the plate and on the ground.

BASIC EDGE 50 can open all kinds of materials with a smooth surface quality. The feeding system with adjustable speed allows the unit to be used without the help of a crane, lifting device, or operator.
