The GENERAL 640 mobile crusher, which is a Jaw Crusher Mobile Crushing Screening System, has been produced and offered to consumers as the most ideal crushing unit for breaking abrasive materials. The feeding system is supported by 2 vibromotors. This provides a seamless operation with minimal maintenance for the consumer.
The feeding hopper is suitable for feeding with excavators and loaders as usual, and it has been developed to allow feeding with trucks using additional hoppers in long-term operations. All wear points in the feeder and hopper are replaceable and protected with wear armor.

There is also a screening system on the feeder table. Thanks to the by-pass conveyor, this screened soil material can be dumped into the stock area. The primary type is 600x380 mm and the motor power is 37 Kw. Additionally, the system has an adjustment mechanism, allowing the jaw crusher to be easily adjusted.
The under-screen stock conveyor is designed to be 750 mm. The product, which uses a foldable hydraulic system, has 4 hydraulic leg mechanisms, which are reinforced with 6 fixed legs after being locked. 

To open and close the crusher, two lifting pistons are used, and these 6 pistons are controlled by a special control system. The panel material is from Siemens or Telemecanique brands.

The panel system includes an Abb Soft Starter system, and a special control system is also available. The capacity can increase up to 60-110 tons depending on the changes in the material to be crushed and feeding, as well as product sizes. The dust suppression system prevents dust by spraying high-pressure water through nozzles on the conveyors. 
The conveyor belt's tires are entrusted to Derby or Eksaş brands. In bearing usage, SKF or equivalent bearings are preferred. Additionally, this device allows for operation without a demurrage, low generator selection, and low fuel consumption, with fuel consumption approximately between 21 - 23 Lt/Hour.

The GENERAL 640 Closed Circuit Crushing System is collected on a single platform and can be transported by 1 truck.
It is designed to be operational within 30 minutes.
It is one of the most suitable crushers for breaking hard and difficult-to-break stones (Basalt, Granite) and ores (Iron Ore, Chrome Ore, Quartz).

All wear points in the feeder and hopper are protected with replaceable wear armor.
