The Tuna TS-4 Model is a mobile scale that does not require infrastructure and has its own ramps. It is used as a stockyard, factory entrance, raw material buying-selling scale. It is mounted on the ground and can be easily accessed with concrete ramps. The scale consists of 3 parts and ramps. The right and left steel platforms consist of concrete lobes.

It stands out with its robust structure and cost-effectiveness. The scale is designed based on a maximum strength calculation according to 150% overload weighing capacity. Concrete is poured into the lobes on the right and left as C50. The system is made durable for many years with surface hardening.

It is distinguished by its economical maintenance cost. TS-4 Mobile Type scales use 4 to 10 load cells with a capacity of 35 tons each, compliant with OIML R60 standards, C4 class stainless steel TCT domestic production.

    SCALE PROGRAM

    The Tuna Windows-based scale program is designed to be simple enough for anyone familiar with using computers to use easily, with advanced reporting, data export in XML, Excel, PDF, HTML, TXT formats, combining data from distant scales at a central point with web reporting module, batch calculation, easy weighing of fixed narrow goods, and integrated plate reading system with light management system and camera.

    LOAD CELL FEATURES

    Operating in compression type, each load cell has a capacity of 30 tons, using 4 to 10 load cells depending on the size of the scale. It is highly resistant to corrosion with its stainless steel body, operates smoothly for many years in tough industrial conditions, and standard mounting kits provide full protection against lateral loads. It is OIML R60 C4 approved and has an IP68 protection class.
