Technical Specifications

• Tamutom designed this machine as a concrete cooling system.

• It produces 60 tons of flake ice per day. It reaches its ice capacity by operating continuously for 24 hours. The hourly ice production is approximately 2500 kg.

• The system has 2 vertical type ice cylinders (evaporators) of 30 tons each.

• The entire system is mounted in a 40ft standard shipping container. This way, the system can be easily transported anywhere in the world and can be easily prepared for ice production.

• It is an excellent system that meets the concrete cooling needs of ready-mixed concrete plants.

• The 60 tons of flake ice produced daily is usually stored in another ice storage container placed under the vessel.

• The flake ice stored in the warehouse can be automatically used by transferring the required amount to the aggregate belt or anywhere else.
