• 1. Make sure the electrodes are connected correctly;

• 2. Cooling water pipe installation. When installing the water pipe, please ensure that the cooling water inlet is between positive and negative and that it is submerged in water and that the interface is not leaking. Before starting the laser tube, there should be enough water in the water cooling pipes and no air bubbles should be present before use (this should always be checked before starting the laser tube). If the laser tube is mounted vertically, please ensure there are no air bubbles above the laser tube. Air bubbles in the water pipe can cause thermal shock when working, which can easily damage your laser tube.

• 3. To maintain the good performance of the laser tube, keep the cooling water temperature between 20-25 ° C. Instability in the cooling water temperature affects the output power of the laser tube.

• 4. When installing the laser tube, please ensure that 1/4 of the point of the laser tube is in the laser tube holder, this can help achieve the best working performance of your laser tube. And leave enough space between the positive end of the laser tube (which has high voltage electricity) and the metal surface of your laser machine. If the area is not large enough, it can cause arcing between the high voltage power used to trigger the laser tube and the metal surface of the laser machine, thus damaging your laser tube and causing failure of the main electronic components in your laser machine.
