SL-VA-600 Vacuum Glass Handling System

The SL-VA-600 is a high-quality vacuum handling device that allows safe transportation of glass materials weighing up to 600 kg. Its modular design enables easy customization according to different needs on construction sites. With its extendable adjustable arms, it provides maximum flexibility for transporting both long and narrow, as well as wide and short panels.

Designed in full compliance with TS EN 13155 standards thanks to dual vacuum pumps, dual safety, and cross safety systems. The high-quality 290 mm diameter suction cups of the system securely hold onto smooth surfaces such as glass, ceramic, with strength and durability.

The vacuum pressure is continuously monitored, and in case of any pressure drop, automatic re-vacuuming is activated. This makes the handling processes safe and energy efficient.

The SL-VA-600 provides uninterrupted operation for up to eight hours with its integrated battery system. It is extremely easy to use with its one-touch operation automatic vacuum system. The product has the ability to manually rotate 360 degrees and tilt 90 degrees. Additionally, it offers ease of transportation within construction sites or facilities with its dedicated transport trolley.
