600 Kg Electric Multi-functional Glass Installation Robot
Kirpy AR600 - Electric, Multi-functional Vacuum Lifting Glass Installation Robot
Capable of safely lifting a maximum 600 kg load up to 6 meters in height, this is a fully electric and environmentally friendly handling solution. Designed for both factory and on-site operations, this system features a versatile structure that can work as a vacuum lifter, mini crane, and wire rope hoist all in one body.
Operating with completely electric motors, the Kirpy AR600 runs quietly without emitting carbon. This makes it particularly ideal for indoor spaces. With a joystick control drive and steering system, it offers high maneuverability even in tight spaces.
Thanks to manual side balance legs, the device easily adapts to the ground and minimizes the risk of overturning. Developed with SingleLift engineering, the vacuum transfer center allows the transported glass, marble, ceramic, and panels to be rotated continuously 360 degrees.
All handling movements — holding, releasing, tilting, rotating, and wire rope drum — can be remotely controlled by the operator through wireless remote control. This enhances both work safety and accelerates work processes.
The Kirpy AR600 is also equipped with a quick attachment connection system, allowing different attachments to be easily mounted and dismounted within a few seconds.
