• The front tire of 3.0 Ton Diesel and Electric Forklifts is 28.9-15 pneumatic tire or Solid Tire. The rear tires are 6.50-10 pneumatic or solid forklift tires.
• The front wheel of forklifts is exposed to movement, grip, slipping, and braking effects, so wear formation is very high. The rear wheels cause wear due to friction with the ground during turning. (Except for Rear-Driven Forklifts)
• If your forklift has solid tires, removing or mounting the tire from the rim can be done with high-capacity special head presses.
• Wear of forklift tires and loss of tread will seriously affect your forklift's road grip. When the tread of your forklift tires wears out, you must have them replaced, or if it is on a flexible line, you should have the tread opened.
• When forklift tires wear unevenly or lose their flexibility, you significantly increase the risk of tipping over when loaded or unloaded.   • Solid Forklift Tires do not create issues like tire punctures. If you work in an area with nails, etc., you will frequently waste time due to tire punctures, which also incurs costs. 
  • Solid Forklift Tires cannot make ground transitions as flexibly as pneumatic tires, so they create more vibration in the mechanical parts of the machine on uneven surfaces or rough areas, shaking the operator more.
  • Due to the structural nature of solid tires, their contact with the ground is very minimal, resulting in very weak grip. Climbing ramps or wet ground grip is weaker.
  • The lifespan of solid tires is longer compared to pneumatic tires.
  • The price of solid tires is approximately twice that of pneumatic tires.
  • Special presses are required for solid tire installation. It is very difficult to find in rural areas. Pneumatic tires can be repaired anywhere there is an air supply.
