Designed with difficult working conditions in mind, the MD series locking type hydraulic torque wrench 360° x 180° multi-position rotatable oil inlet block, easy assembly connection couplings, and lightweight structure can be easily used even in the most challenging places. For user convenience, a laser-engraved pressure/torque table has been processed on the high-strength durable body.

IBT production MaxDrv (MD) Series Locking Type Hydraulic Torque Wrench works with 700 bar twin hoses that can be included in the set with a standard 5 meters but can be provided in any desired length, connected to the optional fully automatic pump or Torsionx hydraulic torque pump suitable for continuous operation at maximum working pressure. You can easily adjust the torque value from the pressure adjustment valve on the hydraulic torque pump by determining the value to be tightened from the manometer on the hydraulic torque pump, which we can read as Bar/Psi, and from the Nm/bar table on the device. It is suitable for use with many different models of torque pumps such as SPX, Enerpac, Hi-Force, TorcUP, Hytorc, Netlift, Larzep, Atlas Copco, Wren, Dahlman.

The tightening and loosening direction of the MD series locking hydraulic torque wrench can be easily changed with a single push of the square drive ratchet on the device. Additionally, there is a locking and twisting prevention latch on the device.
