·         Considering human health and work safety, when the upper pushing piston cover and the front cover with the blade system are opened, the electric current coming to the machine will be cut off by special sensors, and your machine will not operate. When the upper chamber cover and the front blade cover are closed, the machine will continue to operate from where it left off.

·         Before starting the first operation, the electric cable is plugged in, and the switch is set to position 1 (one). After loading meat into the upper meat chamber, when the upper cover is closed, your machine will automatically start working.

·         In the first operation, the pushing piston is stopped at the back position, and after loading meat and closing the upper cover, the pushing piston automatically starts the pressing operation forward. After transporting the material inside the chamber to the front cutting blades, it quickly returns to the back position thanks to the front sensor, and the electricity is cut off by the magnetic eye. By opening the upper cover again, meat loading continues, and when all the drawing process is completed, the switch is set to position 0 (zero). Thus, the electric connection is cut off, and it is ready for cleaning.
