The Pulsation Valves controlled by an Electronic Timer blow high-pressure air to clean the bags. The air blowing process done at 6-7 bar pressure effectively cleans the dust and particles accumulated in the bags. This way, filtration efficiency is continuously kept high, and air cleanliness is ensured without interruption.

After the cleaning process, the dust held in the bags falls into the bunker section located at the bottom of the filter. Here, those that can be reused for dust recycling are separated, while unusable waste is collected and disposed of without harming the environment. This ensures that the system is environmentally friendly and sustainable.

Finally, the cleaned air is discharged outside with the help of a powerful fan. This process directs the clean air flow outside and minimizes environmental impact in industrial areas, creating a healthy working environment. The fan system helps efficiently evacuate the air flow outside.
