The filtration process begins with dusty gases entering the filter's suction pipe at high pressure. At this stage, the gases are directed to a special area called a bunker. Here, the dust is quickly directed downwards through a reflector, thus reducing the speed of the gases. As the speed decreases, heavy particles settle in this area before reaching the filter bags. This way, a large portion of the dust accumulates in the bunker due to the effect of gravity before reaching the bags.

The filter bags play a critical role in facilitating the interaction between gases and dust. Light dust and dirty air settle on the outer surface of the bags, where the main filtration process occurs. The dust accumulated on the surfaces of the bags ensures the purification of dirty air and the efficient operation of the filter system. Over time, the filter bags that become dirty need to be cleaned efficiently. Albero 8000 automates this cleaning process. The Burst Valves, controlled by an electronic Timer, blow air at 6-7 bar pressure into each bag, effectively cleaning them. This high-pressure air cleans the dust and particles accumulated on the bags, maintaining filtration efficiency. Thus, the system continues to operate at peak performance at all times.

When the cleaning process is completed, the dust that falls into the bunker area at the bottom of the bags accumulates here. The bunker ensures the orderly collection of dust and particles. The materials collected here are separated for those that can be reused and stored for recycling. Materials that cannot be used and are considered waste are collected and disposed of without harming the environment.

In the final stage, clean air is discharged outside through a powerful fan. This process ensures the efficient operation of the ventilation system and the continuous provision of clean air to the environment.
