One of the main uses of our Horizontal Hay Bale and Bagging Presses is the baling of loose materials. When you have waste such as shavings, rags, peanut shells, rice husks, cotton seeds, shredded palm branches, and similar materials, it is difficult to dispose of/recycle these materials. With our Horizontal Hay Bale Press, you can automatically feed, bale, and bag these materials for easy storage/transportation/recycling.

It adopts a semi-automatic bagging system with a horizontal continuous pushing type. With fully automatic control, it provides high efficiency, allowing you to save on labor costs, transportation costs, stock costs, and space. Bale size and bale weight can be produced according to your special requirements. The output capacity varies between 5-25 tons per hour. The bale weight can be up to 50-500 kg per bale. The PLC system automatically stops the machine when there is no feeding.
