All functions of the machine are managed by a PLC control system, and operator control is easily and quickly provided via a touch screen. The variable speed adjustment offers an instantly adaptable structure to the production process. All points in contact with the product are made of stainless steel, while steel and food-grade plastic materials suitable for the purpose of use are preferred in other areas.
Bottle change kits that offer quick transitions between different bottle types increase production flexibility while minimizing downtime. The bottle stop system at the machine entrance and the safety clutch against bottle jams ensure safe and uninterrupted operation.
Washing, filling, and cap sealing processes are carried out in complete synchronization. The magnetic cap sealing system provides safe and automatic sealing, while the automatic cap feeding system that stops the machine when caps run out prevents possible errors. The cap hopper is made of stainless material and its speed can be adjusted with an inverter.
The level in the product hopper is controlled by electronic level switches, while product feeding is carried out precisely with a pneumatic controlled valve system. Product entry is provided through a three-way valve. The product hopper made of 316 quality stainless steel offers maximum safety in terms of hygiene and longevity.
The height adjustments of the machine can be made with a motorized system, and it is surrounded by protective frames compliant with CE standards. Additionally, the machine facilitates cleaning and maintenance processes thanks to its structure suitable for CIP (Clean In Place) systems.
