System Working Principle:
Feeding and Transport: Bearings enter the line with a regular flow over a low-friction and durable PVC belt conveyor.
Automatic Detection and Sorting: Bearings reaching the end of the conveyor are detected through precise sensors. Each bearing drops into the stacking area in a controlled manner.
Piston Pushing System: When the software-defined stack capacity is reached, the pneumatic piston is activated. It pushes the filled stack forward in a single move, creating space for incoming bearings.
Error-Free Stacking: Thanks to this cycle, bearings are sorted in a perfect geometric arrangement, away from chaos, without damaging each other.
