 PRODUCT FEATURES;

• Designed for the first time by our company in compliance with CE standards, considering hygiene and human health.
• The machine has a 4 Hp 3 Kw three-phase motor.
• Capacity; 600 kg/hour when used with a 4.5 mm plate.
• The gearbox body is made of aluminum casting. The front cover of the gearbox is made of cast iron to prevent the oxidation and decay of the seal bearing.
• All connection equipment in the meat processing units of the machine is made of 304 quality stainless steel.
• The upper tray (meat loading chamber) and its casing are made of 304 quality stainless steel sheet.
• Heat-insulating insulation has been applied to the underside of the upper tray.
• The edges of the upper tray are designed oval to prevent bacteria accumulation.
• There is a hand protection device made of 3 mm thick 304 quality stainless steel on the upper tray.

NERVOUS SEPARATING DEVICE FEATURE;

Visible thick nerves on the meat are removed with a knife, and the meat is cut into long pieces to enter the meat inlet mouth under the hand protection device. The adjustment nut on the nerve separating device should be tightened by hand to the right before the machine is operated and then loosened by 2 or 3 turns. When the machine is operated, as the minced meat comes out of the front plate holes, the nerves and fibers of the meat are separated from the nerve tube as a residue, thus separating the nerves within the meat. The waste rate is between 2% and 5%.
