SP Option;

One of the many options available in Renas M series labeling machines, the SP option allows your machine to be controlled by a PLC control unit and provides the drive to all moving parts via a smart step motor. In machines with the SP option, you can adjust the label winding speed, and it offers more precise positioning compared to other M model labeling machines, allowing you to work seamlessly with many types of labels. Additionally, after purchasing the machine, you can add the H option, which makes our machine more functional according to your needs.

Renas M series cylindrical labeling machines can label all cylindrical and round objects such as glass bottles, PET bottles, glass jars, cans, ribbed cans, and bottles, as well as packaging made from PE and PP materials. With the addition of the Kt option, it can label all cylindrical objects such as cream tubes, silicone cartridges, etc., in various forms like bottles, jars, and boxes without any issues. It never makes errors such as starting point errors, shifting, or crooked labeling that are common in similar machines. It also works flawlessly in challenging tasks like full wrap labeling.

The Renas Mt-75sp cylindrical labeling machine is designed to work with all label sizes between 20mm and 240mm. It can label all cylindrical objects up to 245mm in diameter.

Thanks to the date coding feature in the Renas Mt-75sp cylindrical labeling machine, you can code the expiration date, batch number, weight, etc., in any section of your label with 3 lines and a total of 36 characters without the need for a separate operation.

With the standard smart detection feature of the fiber optic sensor in Renas M series cylindrical labeling machines, you can easily teach the stopping point of your label and work without waste.

Thanks to the standard smart positioning system in Renas M series cylindrical labeling machines, you can decide how long the starting tail of the label will be before starting the label winding. Adjusting the length of the starting tail is extremely easy. With your adjustment, your label will always stop at the same point and start at the same point.

 

SpH Option;

The H Option available in Renas M series cylindrical labeling machines allows your machine to gain many features. This option, which can be added later to machines with the SP option, allows you to fully customize your machine according to your needs. For example, you can learn how many labels you have labeled. You can adjust the label size wirelessly, apply labels consecutively 2 or 3 times, and activate operation with a time interval. To have this option on your machine, you also need to purchase the SP Option.
 

Tp Option;

With the Tp Option available in Renas M series cylindrical labeling machines, you can easily work with transparent labels. The Tp option can be applied to all models of Renas M series labeling machines.

Kt Option

With the Kt Option available in Renas M series cylindrical labeling machines, you can label laminated, PVC, PE, aluminum, etc. cream tubes, silicone and mastic cartridges, and various cylindrical cartridges. You can work with an average capacity of 10-15 units per minute. The Kt option can be applied to all Renas M series cylindrical labeling machines. Our R&D department is working on a charger type tube labeling module that can operate at a much higher capacity than the existing Kt module.
