BOYMAK Pallet Conveyor Baking Ovens are based on the principle of proudly baking the workpiece that will undergo the cooking process on the oven conveyor. Pallet conveyor ovens operate semi-automatically. Thanks to proper engineering and reinforced insulation, maximum heat savings have been achieved. Pallet Type Ovens are not operated from the ground like box type baking ovens. Products grouped by the pallet conveyor mounted on the oven ceiling are automatically directed into the oven. BOYMAK Heating Exchangers are designed based on maximum efficiency and minimum fuel consumption. Our thermoblocks mounted at the back of the oven can raise the oven temperature from ambient temperature to +230 ºC. BOYMAK Heating Exchangers are made of 310 quality Stainless Steel material and are resistant up to 1000 ºC. The smoke pipes used in the thermoblock are normalized seamless smoke pipes. The thermoblock is placed inside the combustion chamber and is surrounded by BOYMAK Pallet Type Baking and Drying Ovens are manufactured in a disassembled form on a chassis made of sandwich panels. Heat control is done via a thermocouple placed inside the oven. This feature eliminates problems caused by the ground. Pallet Type Conveyor Ovens take up less space compared to continuous baking ovens but occupy more space than box ovens. Due to the low initial investment cost and usage advantages, they are used in the industry for curing many products after painting, such as steel doors, chairs, tables, aluminum profiles, steel cabinets, electrical and automotive industries.

The outer sheet of the oven is coated with electrostatic powder paint to increase corrosion resistance. The baking oven panels are insulated with 150mm. insulation material as standard. The inner part of the oven panels is insulated with 50mm. rock wool, and the outer part is insulated with 120mm. glass wool, and due to this insulation feature in the baking oven, heat losses do not exceed ±10 °C above ambient temperature. our baking ovens consume less fuel and do not excessively heat the working environment. There is a radiant type fan that provides air circulation inside the baking oven, and thanks to the air channels extending along the oven and the vents placed on the channels,
a homogeneous heat distribution is achieved inside the oven.
