- The system is equipped with an advanced industrial PLC control unit with self-diagnosis functions. This system offers superior performance by providing extremely high precision, very fast response time, and outstanding reliability, ensuring stability.
- The machine can perform side mounting and heel mounting processes in a single process thanks to two patented fully automatic floating type glue nozzles. The nozzles are precisely controlled in a semi-synchronized manner.
- The right and left gluing paths are divided into six separate sections. The lengths of these sections are adjustable, and each can be set to continuously variable width or contour-limited width. This ensures optimal mounting efficiency and prevents glue overflow, allowing for nearly unlimited combinations of gluing paths.
- Automatic gluing paths can be easily and flexibly adjusted via a touch screen or laser marker. Additionally, thanks to the automatic size grading function, the machine can be used across a very wide range of shoe sizes and models without the need for tedious manual adjustments.
- The system is equipped with a user-friendly touch control panel with multiple safety protections. It is easy to learn and use; it also provides high security to prevent unauthorized system changes.
- Grippers have both pull-up and pull-forward functions and feature two control modes (pressure control and displacement control). Pull distances for the inner and outer sides can be adjusted differently, and there is an automatic right/left side switching function.
- Grippers and heel bands are electronically adjusted to the most suitable positions. Gripper position data is stored in memory, and automatic size grading and right/left switching functions are supported.
- The position of the last is precisely controlled by a displacement mechanism supported by optical sensors. This ensures the highest mounting quality and requires no manual adjustment for different shoe models.
- Mounting parameters can be easily entered numerically via the touch panel. The system has a wide parameter capacity to meet almost all shoe production needs, and data transfer to external storage devices can be done via a USB port.
- The machine's height is adjustable, and the control panel and control buttons are ergonomically designed.
