CF-777MA Front Mounted Machine Front Mounted Machine Features Equipped with hydraulic operating system with High-Low circuit design to provide smooth and balanced operation. Features graphic symbol touch screen PLC system for machine operation. Parameters settings (such as time and stroke) can be adjusted digitally with key protected system to prevent unauthorized viewing or modifications. Up to 100 different shoe models can be programmed and saved in memory. Parameters, pen positions and 5-step quick adjustment for pen plate width can be saved in memory. Error diagnosis can be displayed on the monitor. Pen plate movement is provided by electric motor. With a dual-point adjustment design, left and right pen plates can be adjusted separately. The first pen can be adjusted with a 15° oscillation angle to the right or left, and the actual angle is displayed on the screen. The combination of first and second pens (on both sides) can provide an angle change of up to 20°. The automatic inward movement of the fifth pen ensures a smoother construction of the inner mount on the shoe. Each pen can be adjusted in automatic retraction or manual operation mode to prevent pulling from one side of soles made from different materials. After the pens compress the sole, the pen releasing and re-compression movement can be done manually. Pen clamping pressure can be adjusted with decompression function during the second upward movement of the mold support. The upward stroke adjustment of the mold support can be done with an external adjustment button and the set value is displayed on the screen. There is a 2-stage upward movement function for the mold support. This system works with heel support movement to prevent slippage of the mold. The adhesive applicator with a two-piece design allows for quick width adjustments and can be used with an interchangeable inner part for left or right inner section.
