Lens Care and Recommendation

Laser lenses and mirrors have very sensitive surface precision. You can easily clean your lens with a laser cleaning kit.

Make sure that the air intake systems of your machines effectively draw out the smoke generated during engraving and cutting. Keeping the optics clean is the most important point for their longevity.

Product Features

It is a focusing lens known as a meniscus lens. They are produced to refine the laser beam and apply quality surface treatment against spherical beam deviations.

These lenses made of ZnSe (Zinc Selenide) also have a coating on their upper surfaces against back reflection (Anti-Reflective Coating).

Warranty

The product has no warranty. It has an average lifespan of 2 years with an average performance of 5 hours of work per day, as long as it is not contaminated.

How to Find the Focus Distance?

Co2 laser beams are invisible. The distance at which these beams reach their finest after passing through the lens varies according to the type of product. There are lenses with various focusing heights. To find the focus distance of the lens you previously used, measure the distance between the material to be processed and the lens at the adjusted height.
