Designed for laminating different materials such as paper, OPP, PET, nylon, and non-woven with cold glue, it is a high-performance production solution. Thanks to its modern technology, it offers both high quality and maximum precision in the lamination process.

The 5-meter-long hot air drying oven ensures the homogeneous and rapid drying of the adhesive with a 15 kW resistance and a thermostatic heating system. The side-rail winch system makes coil loading and unloading safe, while the electromagnetic brake system provides controlled flow. The torque winding motorized unwinding and winding mechanism ensures uniform winding of the material. Motorized pull and pressure rollers guarantee high quality by providing homogeneous pressure and flow during lamination. The PLC control system offers operators easy use and precise production management.
