CTR 120 Cutter Machine 

It is used in the sausage, salami, sausage, and meat processing industry.

Thanks to the blades inside the chamber, it ensures the homogeneous mixing of the product with spices or other materials. 

The product reaches the desired consistency in a maximum of 10-15 minutes.

A vacuum system can be added optionally for larger capacities. 

All models' tanks and bodies are made of 304 quality stainless chrome.

It can be manufactured optionally with double speed or speed control device (frequency converter) and vacuum. 

Models with frequency converters have the ability to emit.

Additionally, in models with frequency converters, the motor speed can be increased or decreased optionally. 

Internal and external temperatures can be monitored from the screen. It has easy maintenance and installation.- 7 Speed (6 forward-1 reverse speed-speed adjustable)
