Gpromac GPM Cross Double Belt Glass Grinding Machine is a highly efficient device designed to ensure the grinding of sharp corners of glass after the edges have been cut during the glass processing process. This machine is ideal for providing a smooth edge finish without the risk of hand cutting and safely grinding the glass edges before the tempering process. GPM Cross is an excellent solution for processes where precision is important, especially in glass production.

The machine is equipped with 2 sanding belts, each 100 mm wide. These sanding belts allow for the quick and effective grinding of glass edges. Two separate 1.5 kW electric motors enable each sanding belt to operate independently. This feature allows users to perform the most suitable grinding operation on different types of glass and edge structures. The high power capacity of the electric motors provides the machine with the ability to operate for long periods without interruption.

Gpromac GPM Cross has a water cooling system, with a water system fed by mains water at both the upper and lower points. This ensures rapid heat reduction during grinding and extends the lifespan of the sanding belts. Additionally, the effective use of water prevents the glass from heating up, providing a safer processing environment. The water cooling system, which enhances the effectiveness of the grinding process, stands out as an environmentally friendly solution.

The machine is equipped with a glass handling table measuring 100 cm x 150 cm. This table is specially designed to ensure the glass is placed smoothly and held steady during the grinding process. Additionally, there is an optional larger glass table available in the size of 100 cm x 250 cm. This flexibility allows users to obtain suitable solutions for different sizes of glass. Glass handling tables can also be supplied with stainless steel and tray options. Alternatively, a standard iron glass handling table can be preferred, making the machine suitable for different cost options.
