Areas of Use:

The Double Upper Press is used in the production of all types of shoes, boots, and high boots, as well as in the shoe repair industry.

Operating System:

• After connecting the machine to electricity, ensure that the air hose from the air compressor is attached.

• The pressure of the machine should be adjusted to 3 - 4 ATM from the pressure control gauge on the front of the Double Upper Press.

• The time setting for how many seconds the sole adheres is adjusted.

• Then, the switch above the time setting is turned on, and electricity is supplied to the machine.

• The shoe sole is placed with the upper side facing up, and the front part facing us. A cushion or rubber is placed on the front part according to the shoe model.

• The pedal on the bottom of the machine is pressed, and the lid is closed.

• The start button is pressed, and the sole adhesion process begins.

• After the time is up, the lid is opened by pressing the pedal. The sole adhesion process is completed.

Attention:

• Special machines are made for long boots and high boots!

• After placing the shoe sole with the upper side facing up, the cushion placed on the front must be adjusted very well, and the back part of the mold must fit perfectly.
