Areas of Use:

   The Double Vacuum Adhesive Machine is used in all types of shoe manufacturing and the shoe repair industry.

   Our EMS 203 Double Lid Upper Lifting Machine model is preferred for boots and shoes.

  Operating System:

• After connecting the machine to electricity, ensure that the air hose from the air compressor is attached.

• The pressure of the Double Vacuum Adhesive Machine should be adjusted to 5 - 6 ATM from the pressure control gauge on the front of the machine.

• The time setting for how many seconds the sole adheres is adjusted.

• Then, the switch above the time setting is turned on, and electricity is supplied to the machine.

• The shoe is placed inside the lid part of the machine either upside down or right side up, and the lid is closed.

• Once the lid is closed, the sole adhesive process starts automatically.

• While the machine is running, the second shoe can be placed in the empty section.

• When the time is up, the lid opens automatically, and the sole adhesive process is completed.

• Immediately after opening the lid, the other section can be closed, and the machine can be operated again.

 Points to Note:

• The timer should be set correctly (average between 10 and 15 seconds).

• If the air pressure exceeds 6 ATM, there is a risk of tire bursting.
